Description
The Jameson Duct Hunter™ is a 7/16” traceable duct rodder that provides a fast, non-invasive way to locate and map underground ducts and pipes. Its fiberglass rod contains a copper trace wire that, when energized with a signal transmitter, emits an electromagnetic signal detectable up to 10 feet deep using a handheld receiver. Standard components include a male end ferrule, pulling eye, and a convenient accessory kit mounted to the frame.

The Jameson Duct Hunter™ features 600 to 1,000 ft. of 7/16-inch traceable fiberglass rod with a 9″ bend radius and markings every 5 ft. (1m metric), designed for use in conduit 4 inches or larger. It accurately locates sewer laterals and a variety of pipe materials—ductile iron, plastic, tile, or concrete—and is housed in a durable 47.5″ x 44″ x 20″ frame, with optional all-terrain wheels available.
