The Malta Dynamics APEX Type II Class E Full Brim Helmet with Toric Arc Flash Face Shield combines durable head protection, electrical protection, and arc flash protection in an integrated system designed for demanding work environments. The APEX full-brim helmet provides top, side, front, and rear impact protection and is rated ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E, with electrical protection up to 20,000 volts. Its full-brim design provides additional coverage from sun, rain, and falling debris, while the lightweight ABS shell and comfort-fit ratchet suspension provide a secure, comfortable fit.
The Toric Arc Flash Face Shield features an AmpShield HT nanoparticle lens and patented ArcVent ventilation for clarity and airflow. Its toric shape provides an expanded field of view and reduced internal glare, while the integrated transparent chin protector provides additional coverage against downward-facing debris and splash. Permanent anti-fog and anti-abrasion coatings help maintain visibility in demanding conditions. The shield attaches to compatible APEX Class E Full Brim Helmets using a quick-change LeverLock system and slotted adapters without requiring tools.
